Peanutty Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut or almond butter1/2 cup rice syrup or honey1/2 cup almonds, ground fine1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 cups rice crisp cereal

Serves: 6
|

Cooking Time: 30 minutes - one hour |
 |
| Instructions: |
| In a large mixing bowl combine the peanut butter, syrup, nuts and vanilla.
Add the rice cereal and stir gently.
Moisten your hands lightly and form the mixture into small balls.
Place on a dish and refrigerate until firm. |
